Be’Shine is committed to providing transparent and reliable services in accordance with international standards. The following terms and conditions are established to protect the rights of both the brand and its customers.

Definitions

"Product" refers to jewelry and other items officially distributed by Be’Shine via its online platform or physical store.
"Defect" means any damage or flaw caused by the production or delivery process that affects the product’s quality and usability and can be proven by clear evidence.
"Force Majeure" refers to any unforeseen and uncontrollable events, such as natural disasters, delays by shipping carriers, or other emergency circumstances.

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Domestic Shipping

Be’Shine offers free shipping within Thailand via Thailand Post EMS.
For same-day delivery requests (e.g., by private messenger or express courier), customers will be responsible for the additional shipping fees, subject to distance and third-party service rates.

1.2 International Shipping

International orders will be shipped via trusted global logistics providers. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be communicated to the customer before dispatch.
Product prices shown on the website do not include import duties, VAT, or any customs-related fees. The customer is responsible for any such charges.
Be’Shine is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures in the destination country.

1.3 Custom / Made-to-Order Products

For personalized or custom-made items, production time is approximately 15–25 business days depending on design complexity and material availability.
Products will be shipped within 1–3 business days after production is complete.

Disclaimer:
Be’Shine shall not be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by force majeure or third-party shipping providers. However, the brand will notify customers promptly and provide appropriate assistance during the shipping process.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is allowed within 12 hours of order confirmation and before the item has been shipped.

Note:Once the item has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Return and Refund Policy

3.1 Eligible Cases for Return

Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received does not match the order.
The product is damaged prior to use.
The product has a defect that can be verified as caused during production or delivery.

3.2 Return Procedure

The buyer must notify Be’Shine within 3 days of receiving the item, along with relevant evidence such as photos of the product, packaging, and order confirmation.
Be’Shine will review the claim and respond within 3 business days.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.

3.3 Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase.
Personal dissatisfaction, including differences in color, size, or perception from website images.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or storage.

4. Inability to Contact Buyer

If Be’Shine is unable to reach the buyer within 7 business days after sending a response regarding a return or dispute, it will be considered that the buyer has waived the right to make further claims related to that case.

5. Legal Disclaimer

Be’Shine is not liable for any damages or delays resulting from force majeure, such as natural disasters, customs delays, or third-party courier issues. Any import duties, taxes, or charges arising at the destination country shall be borne solely by the buyer.
